What Is The Return Policy?

We will accept returns within 15 days from the order date for a full refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

What item/s can I return:

  • Item/s must be in original packaging with all tags attached

  • Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way

  • Item/s marked as Final Sale cannot be exchanged or returned

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements.

How Do I Make A Return?

  1. To start a new return, please email us at   Once your return is authorized you will receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.

  2. Pack items securely in your package of choice and include the Return Authorization (RA) number provided.

  3. Affix the return shipping label with RA number to your package.

  4. Drop your package off at a U.S. Postal Service office or mailbox.

Items returned without a valid RA number will be returned to sender and will not be processed.

How Long Does It Take For My Refund To Be Processed?

We will refund you through the same method you used to pay within 7-10 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

What If My Order Arrives Damaged Or Defective?
